At Caroline's Salon, we understand that life can be unpredictable and that appointments may need to be rescheduled or canceled. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients and respect the time of our stylists, we have implemented the following late cancellation policy:
Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines:
48 Hours Notice Period: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be applied. This policy helps protect our stylists' time while ensuring we continue to provide best-in-class service for our guests.
Multiple Late Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require payment of a 100% non-refundable fee for future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy:
At Caroline's Salon, we strive to provide the best service for all our clients. To ensure that each appointment runs smoothly and on time, we have implemented the following late arrival policy:
15-Minute Grace Period: We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, we will do our best to accommodate you without compromising the quality of your service or the service for the next client.
Over 15 Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next scheduled client.
Communication is Key: If you anticipate being late, please call us at 925-284-1474 as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your needs while respecting the schedules of our other clients.

At Caroline's Salon, we strive for excellence in every service we provide. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we are committed to ensuring you love your hair. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cut or color, please review our re-do policy below:
Eligibility for an adjustment:
Time Frame: Adjustment requests must be made within 7 days of the original service date.
Original Service: The adjustment service is only applicable for the same cut or color service that was initially performed.
Consultation: An adjustment service will be provided following a consultation with the stylist who initially performed the service or another designated stylist if the original stylist is unavailable.

Appointment Scheduling: Our reception team will schedule an adjustment appointment at your earliest convenience. We prioritize adjustment appointments to address your concerns promptly.

A credit card on file is needed to secure ALL bookings. We are unable to book an appointment without a credit card on file. All information in our system is protected, encrypted, and secure.
