Cancellation and Rescheduling Guidelines:
48 Hours Notice Period: In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for our guests, we require at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be applied. This policy helps protect our stylists' time while ensuring we continue to provide best-in-class service for our guests.
Multiple Late Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows will require payment of a 100% non-refundable fee for future bookings.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule within the 48-hour window due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
